基于岗位胜任力的培训在护士规范化培训中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨基于岗位胜任力的培训在护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1~12月无锡市第九人民医院培训护士28名,实施常规培训教学方法作为对照组。选取2021年1~12月培训护士28名,实施基于岗位胜任力的培训教学方法作为研究组。比较2组操作考试、理论考试、案例分析评分,比较2组护理记录书写评分,比较2组岗位胜任力评分,比较2组培训满意度。结果研究组操作考试、理论考试评分均高于对照组,团队合作能力、信息素质、职业精神与素质、掌握与运用护理知识能力、护理临床疾病能力各项病案分析评分均大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组等级护理记录、健康教育及出院指导、手术护理记录、住院护理评估、入院护理评估、特殊护理记录、病程记录评分均大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组批判性思维能力、临床护理能力、专业建设发展能力、人格特质、人际沟通能力各项岗位胜任力评分及总分均大于对照组(P<0.05);在护士专业素养、控制与职业防护、安全与质量控制、疑难病例管理、护理前沿知识方面,研究组课程价值评分、授课水平评分、内容设计评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护士规范性培训中应用基于岗位胜任力的培训教学方法,护士病历书写、相关护理技能、基础知识方面,护士的能力均得到有效提高,自身岗位胜任力获得明显提升,且护士对这种培训教学方法更为满意,具有良好的应用价值,值得培训中积极开展。 Objective To explore the application effect of job competency-based training in nurse standardized training.Methods Twenty-eight nurses trained in Wuxi Ninth People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 with the conventional training and teaching methods were enrolled in the control group,and another 28 trained with job competency-based training nurses from January 2021 to December 2021 were enrolled in the research group.The scores of operation test,theory test,case analysis,nursing record writing,post-competency,and the training satisfaction were compared between groups.Results The scores of operation test and theory test in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of team cooperation ability,information quality,professionalism and quality,mastery and application of nursing knowledge,and nursing ability of clinical disease were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of grade nursing record,health education and discharge guidance,operation nursing record,inpatient nursing assessment,nursing assessment on admission,special nursing record and course of disease record in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability,clinical nursing ability,professional construction and development ability,personality traits,interpersonal communication ability and the total scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Professional quality of nurses,control and occupational protection,safety and quality control,difficult case management,nursing frontier knowledge,the score of course value,teaching level,and content design in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The job competency-based training is applied to the normative training of nurses,which effectively improves medical record writing,nursing skills,basic knowledge,nursing ability,and job competency.Nurses are mo
