摘要
目的对手外伤软组织缺损治疗中采用穿支皮瓣修复术的治疗效果及不良反应发生率进行研究。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月该院收治的手外伤软组织缺损患者100例,按照入院先后顺序将该100例患者平均分为研究组和参照组,每组50例,对参照组患者实施胸腹带蒂皮瓣修复术,对研究组实施穿支皮瓣修复术,并于术后对两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),参照组患者的治疗总有效率为68.00%(34/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.950,P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生率为8.00%(4/50),参照组患者的不良反应发生率为38.00%(19/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.705,P<0.05)。结论穿支皮瓣修复术在治疗手外伤软组织缺损方面治疗效果良好,不良反应发生率较低,能够有效、安全地帮助患者治愈该类疾病,值得在临床领域进行大范围的推广与使用。
Objective To study the effect of perforator flap repair and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of hand trauma and soft tissue defects.Methods A total of 100 patients with hand trauma and soft tissue defects admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.According to the order of admission,the 100 patients were equally divided into the study group and the reference group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the reference group underwent thoracic-abdominal pedicle flap repair,and the study group underwent perforator flap repair.After the operation,the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the study group was 98.00%(49/50),and the total effective rate of treatment for patients in the reference group was 68.00%(34/50).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.950,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.00%(4/50),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 38.00%(19/50).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.705,P<0.05).Conclusion Perforator flap repair has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of hand trauma and soft tissue defects,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It can effectively and safely help patients to cure this type of disease.It is worthy of widespread promotion and use in the clinical field.
