摘要
目的对PDCA循证护理对完全性前置胎盘患者出血情况及新生儿Apgar评分的影响进行研究与分析。方法方便选取该院2019年1-12月进行治疗的患有完全性前置胎盘患者82例,随后采用抛掷硬币法将这82例患者分为即常规护理组与循证护理组,每组41例。其中该院护理人员对常规护理组患者采取常规护理措施进行护理干预,而该院护理人员对循证护理组患者采取循证护理措施进行护理干预,随后观察两组患者的术中出血量、胎儿娩出时间、Apgar评分以及患者并发症发生情况等指标。结果在术中出血量、胎儿娩出时间、Apgar评分以及患者并发症发生情况等方面,循证护理组与常规护理组患者的各项指标对比[(415.43±33.96)mL、(25.79±13.65)min、(7.65±0.42)分、12.2%vs (613.15±54.22)mL、(47.61±16.54)min、(6.88±0.32)分、31.7%],差异有统计学意义(t=19.789、6.515、9.338;χ^(2)=4.556,P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循证护理对完全性前置胎盘患者出血情况及新生儿Apgar评分的影响较大,具有显著的效果,可以在临床上加以推广与使用。
Objective To study and analyze the influence of PDCA evidence-based nursing on bleeding in patients with complete placenta previa and Apgar score of newborns.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019 conveniently selected 82 patients with complete placenta previa who came to the hospital for treatment.Then the 82 patients were treated by tossing a coin.The patients were divided into routine nursing group and evidence-based nursing group,with 41 cases in each group.Among them,the nursing staff of our hospital adopted conventional nursing measures for the patients in the conventional nursing group for nursing intervention,and the nursing staff of our hospital adopted evidence-based nursing measures for the patients in the evidence-based nursing group for nursing intervention,and then observed the intraoperative blood loss and fetus Indexes such as delivery time,Apgar score,and patient complications.Results In terms of intraoperative blood loss,fetal delivery time,Apgar score,and patient complications,the evidence-based nursing group and the conventional nursing group were compared with each index[(415.43±33.96)mL,(25.79±13.65)min,(7.65±0.42)points,12.2%]vs[(613.15±54.22)mL,(47.61±16.54)min,(6.88±0.32)points,31.7%],the differences were statistically significant(t=19.789,6.515,9.338;χ^(2)=4.556,P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA evidence-based nursing has a greater impact on the bleeding of patients with complete placenta previa and the Apgar score of newborns.It has a significant effect and can be promoted and used clinically.
