摘要
[目的/意义]充分发挥高校新型智库在服务“双一流”方面具独特作用。[方法/过程]利用文献研究法与专家咨询法,深入探讨高校新型智库服务“双一流”建设的功能定位、目标方向与路径选择。[结果/结论]推动高校新型智库服务于“双一流”建设,不仅是“双一流”建设的内在要求,同时也是完善“双一流”建设目标、明确“双一流”建设途径和强化“双一流”建设成效的必然选择。为此,高校新型智库应该在明确自身功能定位、确立服务方向的前提下,以“瞭望者”“参与者”“监督者”和“评估者”身份,为“双一流”建设提供多层次、全方位的优质服务。
[Purpose/significance]It is conducive to give full play to the unique role of new university think tanks in serving“double first class”.[Method/process]By literature research and expert consultation,this paper discusses the function orientation,target direction and path selection of the new university think tank service“double first-class”construction.[Result/conclusion]Promoting the new type of think tanks in colleges and universities to serve the“double first-class”construction is not only the inherent requirement of the“double firstclass”construction,but also the inevitable choice of perfecting the“double first-class”construction goal,defining the“double first-class”construction approach and strengthening the“double first-class”construction effect.Therefore,the new type of think tanks in colleges and universities should,on the premise of defining their own function orientation and service orientation,provide multi-level and all-round quality services for the construction of“double first-class”as“lookers”,“participants”,“supervisor”and“evaluators”.
