摘要
中蒙俄民族教育智库作为新时期中国特色新型智库建设的重要组成部分,在“一带一路”和中蒙俄经济走廊建设中扮演着重要角色。在中蒙俄民族教育智库建设中,要明确民族教育智库服务国家经济发展宏观战略与推动民族教育学科发展国际化的价值定位。在中蒙俄民族教育智库建设中存在国家政策先行但反应相对滞后、跨学科与综合性人才培养短缺、研究方法固化与实践操作不强、各自为战与协作联合不足以及传播渠道单一与转化平台受限等困境。基于存在的问题,可以通过实现对策对接与人才培养模式、研究内容与研究方式、协同创新模式以及成果传播与转化四个方面的转变,提升中蒙俄民族教育智库服务国家战略发展需求的水平和能力。
China-Mongolia-Russia Ethnic Education Think Tank,as an important part of the new think tank with Chinese characteristics in the new era,plays an important role in the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.In the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Ethnic Education Think Tank,it is necessary to clarify the value orientation of ethnic education think tanks in serving the macro-strategy of national economic development and promoting the internationalization of ethnic education disciplines.There are various problems to be solved in the construction process,including the lagging responses relative to advanced national policies,the shortage of interdisciplinary and comprehensive personnel training,the solidification of research methods and weakness of practical operation,the insufficient collaboration,the single communication channel and the limited transformation platform.Therefore,we can upgrade the level and capability of China-Mongolia-Russia Ethnic Education Think Tank in serving the needs of national strategic development through changes in the countermeasures docking and personnel training mode,the research content and methods,the collaborative innovation mode and the dissemination and transformation of achievements.
