摘要
建立人才培养反馈机制的目的就在于通过对人才培养的质量进行评价,即反馈到各项工作中,以发现问题,解决问题,构建更加全面的人才培养体系,更好地提升人才培养质量,为国家输送更多的优秀人才。文章对高校综合性人才培养反馈机制进行探讨,并从人才培养方案的整体出发,将培养过程性和目的性相结合,在此基础上提出搭建数据平台和评价平台,以优化人才培养方案,提高人才培养质量。
The purpose of building the talent training feedback mechanism is to evaluate the quality of talent training, that is, to feed back to various work, so as to find problems, solve problems, build a more comprehensive talent training system, better improve the quality of talent training, and provide more excellent talents for the country. This paper discusses the feedback mechanism of comprehensive talent training in colleges and universities, and combines the training process and purpose from the overall perspective of the talent training program. On this basis, it proposes to build a data platform and evaluation platform to optimize the talent training program and improve the quality of talent training.
