摘要
高科技时代的产业转型升级频率不断加快已成为经济发展的新常态,求新善变的产业体系迫切需要职业教育培养更多知识型、复合型、创新型技能人才。职业教育产教深度融合是打通教育链、产业链、人才链和创新链的重要途径,是我国职业教育改革的必然选择。文章分析产业转型升级背景下职业教育产教深度融合长效发展的现实之"惑",阐述职业教育产教深度融合长效发展之"道",以期为现在以及未来进一步实现产教深度融合长效发展提供解惑之“策”,为产业转型升级背景下职业教育产教深度融合的实践提供有益的借鉴。
The accelerating frequency of industrial transformation and upgrading in the high-tech era has become the new normal of economic development.It is urgent for vocational education to cultivate more knowledge-based,compound and innovative skilled talents in the industrial system of innovation.The deep integration of production and education in vocational education is an important way to break through the education chain,industrial chain,talent chain and innovation chain,which is the inevitable choice of China's vocational education reform.This paper analyzes the practical confusion,expounds the long-term development principle in order to provide strategies for the present and future,which provides a useful reference for the practice of deep integration of production and education in vocational education under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading.
