摘要 建筑材料是建筑工程的重要组成部分,建筑材料质量直接影响建筑工程质量。建筑用砂作为最重要建筑材料之一,可作为填充材料填充粗骨料之间的空隙,也可起到调配并节约水泥的作用。氯离子含量作为建筑用砂重要的指标之一,其含量的大小直接影响建筑工程质量;含量过大会影响钢筋锈蚀,较为严重情况下影响建筑耐久性。建筑用砂氯离子含量一般的检测方法为硝酸银滴定法,介绍了硝酸银滴定法及其他检测方法如离子选择电极法、电位滴定法、离子色谱法等方法,并对检测过程处理进行讨论,为建筑用砂质量控制及行业标准修订提供参考。 Building material is an important part of building engineering.The quality of building material directly affects the quality of building engineering.Building sand as one of the most important building materials,can be used as a filler material to fill the gap between coarse aggregate,also can play a role in deployment and savings of cement.As one of the important indexes of building sand,the content of chloride ion directly affects the quality of building engineering.Too much content will affect the corrosion of rebar and the durability of buildings in serious cases.The general detection method of chloride ion content of sand used in construction is silver nitrate titration method,other detection methods such as ion selective electrode method,potentiometric titration method and ion chromatography method are introduced,and the detection process is discussed,which provides some practical reference for quality control of sand used in construction and revision of industry standards.
