摘要
盐酸为第三类易制毒物品,公安对非法生产、经营、购买、运输、走私易制毒化学品的行为依法予以查处,并依法对疑似盐酸进行定量定性分析鉴定。本文主要从酸度、氯含量两方面对疑似盐酸进行定量定性分析,同时对疑似盐酸中的硝酸、硫酸含量进行附加测试,确保鉴定结果的准确性。选取3个疑似盐酸,分别平行测定6次,结果显示,酸度含量的RSD%在0.10%~1.15%之间,绝对差值小于0.12%;氯含量RSD%在0.13%~0.16%之间,绝对差值小于0.14%。本方法实验步骤简单,准确度高。
Hydrochloric acid is the third category of precursor chemicals,the behavior of illegally product,operate,transact,transportate,smuggle precursor chemicals shall be investigated according to law by The Ministry of Public Security.The suspected hydrochloric acid will be identified quantitatively and qualitatively.This paper mainly carried out quantitative and qualitative analysis of suspected hydrochloric acid from acidity and chlorine content,and the contents of nitric acid and sulfuric acid were tested to ensure the accuracy of identification results.Three batches of the suspected hydrochloric acid were selected and determined 6 times in parallel.The RSD%of acidity rang from 0.10%~0.15%,the absolute difference less than 0.12%.The RSD%of chlorine content is between 0.13%and 0.16%,the absolute difference less than 0.14%.This method has simplified experimental steps and high accuracy.
