超声震荡冲洗与传统注射器冲洗在镍钛器械预备根管填充治疗中的应用对比

摘要 目的探讨超声震荡冲洗与传统注射器冲洗在镍钛器械预备根管填充治疗中的效果。方法选取苏州大学附属口腔医院2018年5月至2020年1月收治的80例根尖周炎患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为超声冲洗组和传统冲洗组,各40例。超声冲洗组采用超声震荡根管冲洗技术,传统冲洗组采用传统注射器冲洗技术。对比两组冲洗前后内毒素含量变化,治疗后疼痛情况及治疗后6个月根管材料填充质量。结果两组患者冲洗后根管内内毒素含量均低于冲洗前,且超声冲洗组根管内内毒素含量低于传统冲洗组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后第5天视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于第3天与第1天,且超声冲洗组第5天VAS评分低于常规冲洗组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗6个月后超声冲洗组的恰填率高于传统冲洗组(P<0.05)。结论超声震荡冲洗技术能有效清除内毒素,降低治疗后疼痛感,提高根管填充恰填率,具有临床使用价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasonic shock irrigation and traditional syringe irrigation in root canal filling with nickel titanium instrument Protaper.Methods A total of 80 patients with periapical periodontitis admitted to Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Soochow University from May 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into ultrasonic irrigation group and traditional irrigation group,40 cases in each group.The ultrasonic irrigation group used ultrasonic shock root canal irrigation technology,and the traditional irrigation group used traditional syringe irrigation technology.The changes of endotoxin content before and after irrigation,the pain after treatment and the filling quality of root canal materials 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The content of endotoxins in root canals of the two groups after irrigation was lower than that before irrigation,and the content of endotoxins in root canals of the ultrasonic irrigation group was lower than that of the traditional irrigation group(P<0.05);the VAS score of the two groups on the 5th day after treatment was lower than that on the 3rd and 1st day,and the VAS score of the ultrasonic irrigation group on the 5th day was lower than that of the conventional irrigation group(P<0.05);the just filling rate of the ultrasonic irrigation group was higher than that of the traditional irrigation group after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic shock irrigation technology can effectively remove endotoxin,reduce the pain after treatment,and improve the root canal filling rate,which has clinical value.
