摘要
随着脑机接口技术不断发展,凸显出了一些新的问题,其中最为关键的是自主性问题,自主性主要考察自主行为,即个人能够根据自身理性做出判断且有能力执行。鉴于脑机接口的应用有治疗和增强两种目的,所带来的自主性问题也更加复杂化,不只是传统增强技术的强制问题,还存在着控制问题。因此,在反思自主性问题的同时,更应该从技术、法律、道德三个方面规范脑机接口的开发、使用。人是目的不是手段,哲学所追求的是在科技发展的同时保存人性,维护和捍卫人的尊严,就像权力要关在制度的笼子里,科技应在伦理道德的框架下发展。
With the continuous development of brain-computer interface technology,some new problems have emerged,among which the most critical one is autonomy.Autonomy in this paper mainly focuses on autonomous behavior,that is,individuals can make judgments based on their own rationality and have the ability to execute them.Given that brain-computer interface applications serve both therapeutic and enhancement purposes,the problem of autonomy is also more complicated,which involves not only the coercion of traditional enhancement technology,but also the control problem.Therefore,while reflecting on autonomy,we should regulate the development and use of brain-computer interfaces from technology,law and morality.Humans are goals rather than means.What philosophy pursues is to preserve human nature and protect and defend human dignity while developing science and technology.Just as rights should be confined in a cage of institutions,science and technology should be developed within the framework of ethics and morality.
