摘要
为了更好地实现医疗的公平化与同质化,完善我国医疗卫生基本公共服务标准体系,提升区域医院内部人才标准化建设的能力,持续改进医疗质量,广州医科大学第六附属医院采取基于网络资源组建区域内训人才科研培养标准化体系、成立培训机构、组建科研内训师团队、开发培训标准化课程体系等系列措施。逐步搭建了科研内训师培训体系,员工能力有效地提升,推动了医疗质量持续改进与卫生基本公共服务标准化建设。
In order to realize the fairness and homogeneity of medical treatment,perfect the basic public service standard system of medical treatment and health care in our country,promote the ability of personnel standardization in regional hospitals,and continuously improve the medical quality,the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University has adopted a series of measures,such as establishing a standardized system for training talents in the region based on network resources,setting up a training institution,setting up a team of trainers in scientific research,and developing a standardized curriculum system for training.A training system for trainers in scientific research has been gradually set up,and staff capacity has been effectively enhanced,promoting the continuous improvement of medical quality and the standardization of basic public health services.
