摘要
加快发展智能制造是培育我国经济增长新动能的必由之路。培养适应先进制造业发展需求的智能制造专业人才,对于支撑我国迈向制造强国具有重要意义。文章分析了智能制造人才培养与人才需求之间的矛盾与问题,阐述了智能制造新型人才在知识、能力、素养等方面应具有学科交叉复合融通的知识体系,实践创新能力及工程社会意识等制造业智能转型的人才新需求,并对高校培养智能制造人才亟待解决的关键问题进行了探讨。
Accelerating the development of intelligent manufacturing is the only way to cultivate the new driving force of China’s economic growth.It is of great significance to train intelligent manufacturing talents to meet the development needs of advanced manufacturing industry to support our country to grow into a manufacturing power.This paper analyzes the contradictions and problems between the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents and the demand for talents,and expounds that the new talents of intelligent manufacturing should have the knowledge system of interdisciplinary integration,practical innovation ability and engineering social consciousness in the aspects of knowledge,ability and quality.And the key problems to be solved in the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents in colleges and universities are discussed.
