摘要
智能制造在推动中国制造产业升级的同时,也为应用型本科院校的人才培养提出了全新挑战,急需专业建设和教学改革方面的新理念、新经验。常州工学院以智能制造产业学院为平台,力图通过产教融合育人机制解决智能制造专业建设中普遍面临的痛点、难点。通过从专业建设和人才培养方案优化、实践教学体系重构、教学方法创新,以及教学资源保障等方面探讨智能制造产业学院的改革经验,可为国家和地方培养更多高素质、复合型智能制造专业人才提供一些经验。
As the promotion of the upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing also poses new challenges for talent cultivation in applied undergraduate colleges and universities,and urgently needs new ideas and new experience in professional construction and teaching reform.Changzhou Institute of Technology takes the Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College as a platform,and strives to solve the common pain points and difficulties in the construction of intelligent manufacturing major through the education mechanism of integrating industry and education.Therefore,by discussing the reform experience of the Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College from the aspects of professional construction and talent training program optimization,practice teaching system reconstruction,teaching method innovation,and teaching resource guarantee,it can provide some experience to cultivate more high-quality,compound,and intelligent manufacturing professionals for the country and the local area.
