摘要
目的研究补中益气汤加减对胃癌术后气虚血瘀症胃肠功能恢复及血清生长激素与营养状况的临床效果。方法选取常州市金坛区中医医院2016年1月至2020年1月收治的100例胃癌术后气虚血瘀症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),对照组肠内营养治疗,研究组在此基础上使用补中益气汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗后排便时间、排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间;比较两组治疗前及治疗后第3、6、10天生长激素水平变化情况;比较两组患者治疗前后白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)及血清前白蛋白(PA)变化情况。结果研究组排便时间、排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间少于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前生长激素水平无明显差距,治疗后第3、6、10天研究组生长激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前ALB、TRF及PA无显著差距,治疗后研究组ALB、TRF及PA高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤加减对胃癌术后气虚血瘀症胃肠功能恢复可有效促进,升高血清生长激素水平,加强患者营养状况。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on gastrointestinal function recovery,serum auxin and nutritional status of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after gastric cancer operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after gastric cancer operation in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jintan District from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the research group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The control group was treated with enteral nutrition,and the research group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The defecation time,exhaust time and bowel sounds recovery time after treatment were compared between the two groups;the changes of growth hormone levels before treatment and the 3rd,6th and 10th day after treatment were compared between the two groups;the changes of albumin(ALB),transferrin(TRF)and serum prealbumin(PA)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The defecation time,exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time of the research group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the growth hormone level between the two groups before treatment,and the growth hormone level of the study group was higher than that of the control group on the 3rd,6th and 10th day after treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in ALB,TRF and PA between the two groups before treatment,but the ALB,TRF and PA of the research group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after gastric cancer surgery,increase the serum growth hormone level and strengthen the nutritional status of patients.
