摘要
为探究增益素对雏鸡生长发育、免疫功能、生长激素水平的影响及鸡新城疫疫苗的增效作用,选用1日龄、体质量相近、出壳日期相同的健康鸡200只,随机分为4组,每组10只鸡,5个重复。将原药液稀释100倍后,高、中、低3个试验组以2.5、1.25、0.63 mL/只稀释液饮水,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,正常饮水,试验期31 d。结果显示,增益素能显著提高28日龄雏鸡的平均体重(P<0.05),试验组间肝、肾、肺等组织器官生长发育差异显著(P<0.05);各试验组28日龄AA鸡的胸腺指数分别较对照组增加74%(P<0.01)、156%(P<0.01)、191%(P<0.01);生长激素(GH)含量分别比对照组高6.1%(P<0.05)、20.1%(P<0.05)、39.4%(P<0.05)。表明增益素可促进雏鸡生长发育,提高免疫力和新城疫疫苗免疫应答水平,具有推广应用前景。
To explore the effect of“Polyactin A”on the growth and development,immune function,growth hormone level and synergistic effect on chicken Newcastle Disease vaccine,200 healthy chicks of 1 day old,near body mass and with the same birthdate were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 10 chicks in each replicate.After the original solution was diluted 100 times,the high,medium and low dose groups drank water with 2.5,1.25 and 0.63 mL/L diluent,while the control group was fed with basic diet and drank normal water for the experimental period of 31d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average body weight of the experimental groups on the 28th day was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the growth and development of tissues and organs such as liver,kidney and lung were significantly different between the high-medium and low-dose groups(P<0.05).The thymus index of 28-day-old AA chicks in each test group increased by 74%(P<0.01),156%(P<0.01)and 191%(P<0.01),respectively,compared with the control group.GH(growth hormone)contents were 6.1%(P<0.05),20.1%(P<0.05)and 39.4%(P<0.05)higher than that of control group.The protective rate of Newcastle disease increased to 80%by using“Polyactin A”,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the“immune enhancer”could promote the growth and development of the chicks,improve their immunity,and improve the immune response level of Newcastle disease vaccine.
