陕北地区巨菌草在七彩山鸡饲料中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:本试验旨在研究不同比例巨菌草对七彩山鸡血液生理生化指标和肠道消化酶活性的影响。方法:选取七彩山鸡150只,饲料中添加不同水平的巨菌草。对照组采用不添加巨菌草的基础饲粮进行饲喂,4个试验组T1、T2、T3、T4日粮中分别添加4%、8%、12%、16%的巨菌草,测定其各项指标的变化。结果:(1)血液生理生化指标中,T3组鸡的白细胞数、中性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比较对照组均有显著差异;与对照组相比,T3组鸡的脾脏指数、胸腺指数显著增大,T1、T2、T3组鸡的法氏囊指数与对照组相比有显著性差异。综合对比,T3组鸡的免疫器官指数达到最佳;与对照组相比,T1、T2、T3、T4组鸡的十二指肠淀粉酶活性显著提高,T2、T3、T4组鸡的十二指肠脂肪酶活性显著提高。结论:在七彩山鸡日粮中,添加不同比例的巨菌草对其血液生理生化指标有一定的改善作用,同时也可以显著提高七彩山鸡的免疫功能,增强七彩山鸡十二指肠脂肪酶和淀粉酶的活性,从而促进七彩山鸡对饲粮中营养物质的消化、吸收与代谢。添加巨菌草比例为12%可替代麸皮,对七彩山鸡的各项指标改善效果最好,建议在陕北地区推广使用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of different proportions of Pennisetum giganteum application in the fodder on the serum physiological and biochemical indexes and intestinal digestive enzyme activities of Phasianus colchicus. Methods: 150 P. colchicu were selected, with different levels of P. giganteum were added to the feed. The control group was fed with basal fodder containing no P. giganteum, 4%, 8%, 12% and 16% of P. giganteum were added to the diets of T1, T2, T3 and T4, respectively, and the changes of various indexes were determined. Results: (1) For the blood physiological and biochemical indexes, the number of WBC, MEUT, and LYM of P. colchicu in the T3 group were significantly different from those of the control group;For the immune organ indexes of P. colchicu, the spleen index and thymus index caused obvious alterations, the bursa of fabricius index of in the T1, T2, and T3 groups was significantly different. Only T3 treatment caused statistical and desired results, briefly, the duodenal amylase activities of P. colchicu in the all groups were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the duodenal lipase activities well were significantly higher than those except T1. Conclusion: Increaseing distinct ratio P. giganteum could improve the blood physiological and biochemical indexes and the immune organ index of the P. colchicu and significantly enhanced their duodenal activity of lipase and amylase, thereby promoted the digestion, absorption and metabolism of the nutrients in the diet by the P. colchicu. Replacing the bran by 12% P. giganteum in the fodder exhibited the best improving effects on the tested various indicators of P. colchicus, which is suggested to popularize and use it in northern Shaanxi.
