摘要
现代竞技体育已经趋向于对人类身体运动能力极限的开发,推动了运动生物力学、运动康复学等学科领域的发展。尤其是近年来对于核心力量的研究,伴随着肌电测试等技术的发展而逐渐完善,对网球运动员运动技能的提升逐渐显露出重要意义。而功能性训练作为专项训练的优化成果,其针对如何使用力量的训练优势,对提升运动员核心力量有着传统力量训练所不具备的价值。因此,本文通过对功能性训练理论的研究,结合网球的运动特性界定了核心力量的概念范畴,对网球运动员核心力量特征以及开展核心力量训练的作用进行分析,从功能性训练的视角提出了提升网球运动员核心力量的可行措施,为培养高技能水平的网球运动员提供了理论参考。
Modern competitive sports have been tending to the development of the limit of human physical exercise ability,promoting the development of sports biomechanics,sports rehabilitation and other disciplines.Especially in recent years,the research on core strength has been gradually improved along with the development of electromyography and other technologies,which is of great significance to the improvement of tennis players'sports skills.As the optimized result of special training,functional training has the advantage of how to use strength,which has the value that traditional strength training does not have for improving athletes'core strength.Therefore,this paper through the research on the theory of functional training,combined with the tennis movement characteristics,defines the scope of the concept of core strength,analyzes core strength characteristics of tennis players and the role of core strength training,from the perspective of functional training puts forward the feasible measures to improve tennis players'core strength and provides a theoretical reference for training tennis players of high level.
