摘要
功能性训练是一种Functional Path的训练,核心稳定训练是功能性训练的内容之一。鉴于运动训练实践中,存在着对核心及功能性力量训练概念理解的歧义,功能作用及运行机制认知的肤浅,核心稳定训练与传统的阻力训练实效的争鸣等现象。本研究通过核心肌群基本概念阐述、运动表现的效益界定以及在运动训练上实效的论证。研究表明:核心肌群为脊椎稳定的提供基础,按其属性分为整体性稳定肌群与局部性稳定肌群,其中腹内压与脊椎稳定性存在显著性关联;核心肌群在运动训练中可以显著提高力量输出功率及动力链上的功效,减少伤害因子及增进训练效益;核心肌群及功能性训练针对迥异的运动项目在实际操作环节上应区别对待。
Functional training is a Functional Path training, core stability training is one of the functions of the training content. Given the practice of sports training, there is a core and functional strength training to understand the concept of ambiguity, cognitive function and operational mechanism of action of superficial, core stability training with traditional resistance training effectiveness contend such phenomena. This study describes the basic concepts of core muscles, defined benefit athletic performance as well as on the effectiveness of exercise train-ing demonstration. Studies show that: 1) the core muscles provide a stable foundation for the spine, muscles stabilize the integrity of their property into a stable and localized muscle, intra-abdominal pressure and spinal stability which there is a significant association; 2) the core muscles in sports training can significantly improve the strength and effectiveness of the output power of the power chain, harm reduction factor and enhance training efficiency; 3) the core muscles and functional training for different sports on the actual operational links should be treated differently
