网球功能性动作筛查的研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 网球运动是受全世界所喜爱的一项体育运动,它具有娱乐性、观赏性、健身性,同时它以独特的文化内涵吸引着更多的人们参与。网球这项运动在带给人们快乐的同时,由于个人的身体素质不同,也带了一些运动损伤。不论是职业运动员、高校网球专业的学生,还是业余网球爱好者都或多或少的受到一些伤病的影响,所以功能性动作筛查的引入对网球运动很有必要。目前网球功能性动作筛查研究主要集中在专业运动员、高校网球专业队。主要运用对比分析法和实验干预的方法进行研究。本文旨在找出当前有关网球运动功能性动作筛查研究的薄弱环节和不足之处,探讨网球功能性动作筛查的运用,推动相关的研究向更为全面、精细的方向发展。 Tennis is a worldwide popular sport with the nature of entertainment,visual attraction and fitness.Its unique culture connotation is also very attractive.Along with enjoyment,the sport also brings injury due to participants'personal fitness conditions.Professional players,tennis majors and amateurs all suffer from injuries.Thus,FMS is of great importance.Current studies mainly focus on professional players and college majors.By using the methods of comparative analysis and experimental intervention,this paper aims to find out the weak points of FMS in tennis,discuss its application,and promote the related research to a more comprehensive and delicate way.
