摘要
目的分析中医情志护理干预对高血压患者治疗依从性及健康信念的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年4月我院接诊的150例高血压患者进行观察分析,根据患者入院顺序以单双号将其分为对照组(75例,常规护理干预)和观察组(75例,对照组基础上实施中医情志护理干预)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组血压控制总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组CHPS各维度评分、总分及屈服、回避评分均显著低于对照组,健康信念评分及面对评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理干预应用于高血压患者中的护理效果显著,能够有效提高血压控制有效率,改善患者的依从性行为、健康信念及对疾病的应对方式。
Objective To analyze the influences of TCM emotional nursing intervention on treatment compliance and health belief of patients with hypertension.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected for observation and analysis.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into control group(75 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(75 cases,TCM emotional nursing intervention on the basis of the control group)with odd and even numbers.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of blood pressure control in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of CHPS each dimension and total score,the scores of surrender and avoidance in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of health belief and face were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional nursing intervention applied in patients with hypertension has a significant nursing effect,it can effectively improve the effective rate of blood pressure control,improve patients'compliance behavior,health beliefs and coping styles to the disease.
