摘要
目的 分析基于健康信念模式的护理干预对高血压患者的疾病知识知晓率及自护能力的影响。方法 纳入2021年1月至2023年12月福州市中医院收治的高血压患者79例,以随机数字表法分组,观察组(40例)采取基于健康信念模式的护理干预,对照组(39例)采取常规护理模式,比较两组疾病知识知晓率、自我护理能力(ESCA)、用药依从性、血压水平。结果 护理后,观察组疾病知识知晓率高于对照组;观察组ESCA各项评分均高于对照组;观察组用药依从性高于对照组;两组收缩压和舒张压水平均较前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在高血压管理中采取基于健康信念模式的护理管理措施可提高患者疾病知识知晓率、自我护理能力、用药依从性,有助于改善血压水平。
Objective To analyze the effects of nursing intervention based on health belief model on the disease knowledge rate and self-care ability of hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 79 hypertensive patients admitted to Fuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were included,grouped by randomized numerical table method,and the observation group(n=40)adopted nursing intervention based on health belief model,and the control group(n=39)adopted the conventional nursing model,comparing the rate of disease knowledge,self-care ability(ESCA),medication adherence,and blood pressure level of the two groups.Results After nursing care,the rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;all scores of ESCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;medication adherence in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those in the previous period,and in the observation group,they were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting nursing management measures based on health belief model in hypertension management can improve patients'knowledge of disease,self-care ability,medication adherence,and help to improve blood pressure level.
