摘要
传统农业生产模式和农产品消费模式正在发生革命性转变。生产上,从粗放松散模式走向精细化;消费上,从"吃得饱"走向"吃得好"。在信息化技术迅速发展的背景下,开发作业过程中时效管理和关键指标控制管理技术显得十分必要。借鉴国内外稻谷产后加工技术及品质研究和实践成果,结合课题组多年的研究成果,提出了稻谷5T收储作业管理方法,实现对粮食围收获期的收储作业过程管理。通过制定优质稻谷5T收储作业管理技术规程和构建信息化实施体系,吉林省在"吉林大米"品牌建设中,率先采用了优质稻谷5T收储作业管理的理念和方法。吉林大米5T管理综合信息平台,耦合作业、产品、资金、商誉等信息,实现了信息、技术和管理的有效融合,完成了吉林大米收储作业5个时期的信息采集及在线管理,实现了吉林大米收储作业5T管理的信息化、数字化,同时实现了吉林大米围收获期收储作业5T管理的可追溯性,保证了收储作业流程的规范性。本文介绍了该系统关键模块的设计,为吉林大米收储作业管理提供了高效、便捷的数字化应用平台。
The traditional agricultural production mode and agricultural product consumption mode are undergoing revolutionary transformation.In terms of production,it has changed from extensive loose mode to fine mode;In terms of consumption,it has changed from"eating enough"to"eating well".Under the background of rapid development of information technology,it is very necessary to develop timeliness management and key index control management technology in the process of development.Referring to the research and practice results of post-production processing technology and quality of rice domestic and overseas,combined with the research results for many years,the management method of high-quality 5 T post-harvest was put forward to realize the quality management of the process from harvest to storehouse.Through the formulation of technical regulations for the management of the 5 T post-harvest of high-quality rice and the construction of the information implementation and implementation system,Jilin Province took the lead in adopting the concept and method of the management of the 5 T post-harvest of high-quality rice in the brand construction of"Jilin Rice".Jilin rice 5 T management integrated information platform,coupled with operation,products,capital,information such as goodwill,realized the effective integration of information,technology and management,completed the information collection and online management of five periods of Jilin rice storage operation,realized the informatization and digitization of 5 T management of Jilin rice storage operation,at the same time,the traceability of 5 T management of Jilin rice collection and storage was realized,and the standardization of rice collection and storage was ensured.The key modules are designed in detail,which provides an efficient and convenient digital application platform for Jilin rice post-harvest management.
