摘要
以甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酸酯为单体,利用乳液聚合所得聚丙烯酸酯乳液类反相破乳剂在海上油田应用广泛,但其作用机理鲜有报道。通过开展动态光散射(DLS)实验、界面张力实验、界面膜强度测定实验和油滴聚并实验,研究获得了聚丙烯酸酯乳液类反相破乳剂的除油机理:首先,乳液中聚合物的甲基丙烯酸单元与地层水中NaHCO_(3)发生酸碱中和反应变成甲基丙烯酸钠单元,聚合物变为水溶,聚合物分子链伸展;接着,聚合物中的酯单元吸附至油滴表面,一个聚合物分子吸附至多个油滴,促进油滴聚集;最后,油滴界面膜强度下降,油滴聚并,从而实现油水分离。
The polyacrylate emulsion reverse demulsifier obtained by emulsion polymerization of methacylic acid and acylate has been widely used in offshore oilfield, however, its oil removal mechanism has not been reported. In this paper, by means of dynamic light scattering(DLS) experiment, interfacial tension test, interfacial film strength test and oil droplet coalescence experiment, the oil removal mechanism of polyacrylate emulsion reverse demulsifier was studied. The mechanism is as follow: Firstly, the methacrylic acid unit of the polyacrylate in emulsion is neutralized by NaHCO_(3) in formation water, and the polyacrylate is changed into water soluble polymer and molecular chain extends;Then, the ester unit in polyacrylate adsorbs onto the oil droplet surface, and one polymer molecule can adsorb several oil droplets, which promotes oil droplets aggregation;At last, the strength of oil droplet film decreases and oil droplets coalescence happen, and oil is separated from water.
