摘要
以甲基丙烯酸(MA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,通过乳液聚合,合成聚丙烯酸酯乳液。通过单因素实验考察各因素对聚合物除油效果的影响,实验结果表明:单体质量分数为35%,引发剂KPS加量为总单体质量分数的0.7%,乳化剂SDS加量为2%,反应温度为80℃,单体滴加速度为40 m L/h,反应时间为6h下制备的聚合物,针对海上某油田的含油污水,具有较好的清水效果,其用量为100mg/L时除油率为88%。
Polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization using methyl acrylic acid( MA),butyl acrylate( BA) and methyl methacrylate( MMA) as materials. The effects of monomer mass fraction,reaction temperature,initiator dosage and reaction time on the resulting polymer's efficiency for treatment of waste water were studied. The results showed that at the condition of total monomer mass fraction was 35%,initiator KPS's dosage was 5‰( account for total monomer mass fraction),emulsifier SDS's dosage was 2%,addition rate of monoer was 40 m L / h,reaction temperature was 80℃,and reaction time was 8h,the resulting polyacrylate emulsion 's performance for treating produced wastewater from polymer flooding from one offshore oilfield was the best. When the dosage was 100 mg / L,its oil concentration reduction was 88%.
