摘要
以AEO_9、丙烯酸、对甲苯磺酸、对苯二酚、过硫酸铵为原料,分两步合成了一种新型的非离子型高分子表面活性剂聚脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯(P-AAAEO_9),中间产物通过FT-IR、~1 HNMR表征,终产物通过红外、凝胶色谱进行了表征。实验结果表明:终产物的cmc在25,35,45℃时分别为4.348×10^(-3),2.341×10^(-3),3.344×10^(-4),γ_(cmc)分别为31.29,29.69和27.93mN/m;与AEO_9相比较,产物的发泡力较低,去污能力和增稠能力更好,但润湿能力一般。
A novel nonionic polymer surfactant which called Poly-fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether acrylates(P-AAAEO9)was synthesized by AEO9,acrylic acid,p-toluenesulfonic acid,hydroquinone and ammonium persulfate in two steps.The structure of intermediate product was characterized by FT-IR spectra and mass spectroscopy (MS).And the products were characterized by FT-IR spectra and gel-permeation chromatograph(GPC).The results showed that the cmc of nonionic polymer sur- factant at 25,35,45℃ are 4.348×10^-3,2.341×10^-3,3.344×10^-4,and their γcmc values are 31.29, 29.69and 27.93mN/m,respectively.In comparison with AEO9,the foaming power of the product is lower,the wetting properties is worse but the decontamination power and the thickening properties is superior to AEO9.
