摘要
依据高职院校人才培养目标和结合学生学习特点、未来发展方向,高职院校思政课教师有必要深入企业一线开展实践锻炼。这对于提高思政课教师的综合素质、丰富教学资源、提高教学效果和促进学校的教学改革都有着十分重要的意义。当前高职院校思政课教师到企业一线实践锻炼并没有受到足够的重视,没有形成良好的机制,存在一些突出的主客观问题。高职院校应该找准问题症结,采取有效的措施促进思政课教师深入企业一线开展实践锻炼,保证思政课教师到企业一线实践锻炼的质量,并且将其转化教学改革创新的力量。
According to the talent training objectives of higher vocational colleges,students’learning characteristics and future development,it is necessary for teachers of ideological and political courses to go to the frontline of enterprises to have practical training.It is of great significance to improve the comprehensive quality of ideological and political teachers,enrich teaching resources,and promote teaching effect and teaching reform.At present,their practice in enterprises has not been paid enough attention to,and there is also no good mechanism.Higher vocational colleges should find out the problems,and take effective measures to promote ideological and political teachers’practical training in enterprises with high quality,and transform it into the power of teaching reform and innovation as well.
