摘要
目的探讨糖尿病护理中健康教育临床护理的运用分析。方法将2017年1月—2019年10月在该院内分泌科治疗的80例糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组实施健康教育护理,对比两组的血糖控制情况、健康知识及行为评分、生活质量。结果观察组护理后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在糖尿病知识、自我管理能力、健康行为方式、自我监测血糖、心理调节能力等评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后躯体功能、精力、社会生活、睡眠情感等GQOL-74评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病护理中健康教育临床护理的运用效果显著,有效提高了健康知识及行为能力,促进血糖的平稳控制,提升生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To explore the application analysis of health education and clinical nursing in diabetes care.Methods 80 diabetic pati ents treated in the department of endocrinology in the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received health education care.The blood glucose control status,health knowledge and behavior score,quality of life of the two groups was compared.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1 c after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s scores on diabetes knowledge,self-management ability,healthy behavior style,self-monitoring blood glucose,and psychological adjustment ability were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);GQOL-74 scores of physical function,energy,social life,and sleep emotion in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education and clinical nursing in diabetes care is effective,effectively improving health knowledge and behavior ability,promoting the stable control of blood glucose,and improving the quality of life,which has positive clinical significance.
