摘要
目的探索健康教育联合心理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中的临床应用效果。方法筛选2021年1月至12月菏泽市第六人民医院收治的90例妊娠糖尿病患者,按照抽签方法将患者分为两组,每组各45例。对照组开展常规干预,观察组在此基础上开展健康教育联合心理干预,观察两组的生活质量以及各项血糖指标。结果干预前两组的生活质量各维度(认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组的生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组的各项血糖指标(糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组的各项血糖指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育联合心理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者生活质量有积极的改善作用,对于血糖指标降低作用明显,值得临床实践。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of health education combined with psychological intervention in gestational diabetes patients.Methods From January to December 2021,90 cases of gestational diabetes patients were selected admitted to Heze Sixth People’s Hospital,patients were divided into two groups according to the lottery method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,the observation group was given health education combined with psychological intervention on this basis.The quality of life and various blood glucose indexes of the two groups were observed.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of each dimension of quality of life(cognitive function,physical function,social function,emotional function)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of various blood glucose indicators(glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of various blood glucose indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with psychological intervention can have a positive effect on improving the quality of life and reducing blood glucose indicators of patients with gestational diabetes,which is worthy of clinical practice.
