摘要
目的探究全程健康教育管理在妊娠糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法将2020—2021年间我院收治的80例妊娠糖尿病患者按照抽签方法随机分为两组各40例,常规组给予常规健康教育管理,全程组给予全程健康教育管理。对比两组患者干预后血糖控制情况、对疾病相关知识掌握情况及对护理满意度情况。结果全程组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖的控制情况均优于常规组(P<0.05);全程组患者对疾病相关知识掌握情况优于常规组(P<0.05);全程组患者护理满意度高于常规组(95.0%:75.0%,P<0.05)。结论将全程健康教育管理应用在妊娠糖尿病患者护理中能显著提高患者对血糖控制情况,加强糖尿病患者对疾病的相关知识掌握,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-process health education management in the nursing of gestational diabetes patients.Methods The 80 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were randomly divided into 40 cases in two groups according to the lottery method.The regular group gave routine health education management and the whole-process health education management.Blood glucose control,disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Both fasting and 2 h postprandial glucose were better than routine(P<0.05);better disease-related knowledge than conventional(P<0.05)and higher care satisfaction than routine(95.0%vs 75.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole health education management in the care of gestational diabetes patients can significantly improve their blood glucose control,strengthen the knowledge of diabetes patients,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
