基于AGEs的糖尿病在牙周病发展过程的影响机制研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:考察糖尿病(T2DM)与牙周病(CP)发病之间的相关性,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为4组,每组15只,分别构建T2DM、CP、T2DM合并CP大鼠模型和一组正常对照,4周、8周后,测量大鼠实验区牙周探诊深度和菌斑指数,并用ELISA检测血清中IL-6,TNF-α及AGEs表达水平情况。结果:与空白组相比,模型构建4周、8周后T2DM和T2DM&CP组血糖升高(P<0.05)。大鼠血清中IL-6、TNF-α和AGEs水平升高(P<0.05),T2DM&CP大鼠牙周组织中AGEs基因和蛋白表达水平高于T2DM和CP组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病可促进与牙周病的发展,可能与AGEs水平升高有关。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between diabetes(T2DM)and periodontal disease(CP)and the possible mechanism.Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=15),the rat model of control,T2DM CP and T2DM with CP were established.After 4 and 8 weeks,the periodontal probe depth and plaque index in the experimental area of the rats were measured,the expression levels of IL-6,TNF-and AGEs in serum were detected by ELISA.Results:Compared with the control group,in T2DM and T2DM&CP groups blood glucose increased(P<0.05)after 4 and 8 weeks of model construction,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand AGEs were increased(P<0.05),the gene and protein expression levels of AGEs in the periodontal tissues of T2DM&CP rats were higher than those of the T2DM and CP groups.Conclusion:Diabetes can promote the development of periodontal disease and may be related to the increase of AGEs level.
