摘要 根据对热管用高性能无氧铜管的研究内容、方法和技术路线,通过热管用高性能无氧铜管铸坯成分控制与熔铸工艺技术的研究、铜管铸坯大变形量行星轧制工艺的研究、热管用Φ6×0.2平滑管盘拉成形工艺及热管用Φ8×0.2×0.10沟槽管成形工艺的研究,成功实现热管用高性能平滑管和沟槽管在瑞声科技、华盈电子等客户的批量供货。加快推进了加工事业部高质量项目新产品的研发。 According to the research content,method and technical route of the high performance oxygen-free copper tube for heat tube,by studying on composition control and melting-casting technology of high performance oxygen-free copper tube for heat tube,the research of planetary rolling process for large deformation of copper tube billets,the drawing process ofΦ6×0.2 plain tube for heat tube and the drawing process ofΦ8×0.2×0.10 grooved tube for heat tube,the high performance plain tube and grooved tube for heat tube have been successfully supplied to Ruisheng Technology,Huaying Electronics in large quantities,which have accelerated the research and development of new products for the high quality projects of the Copper Process Division.
