Inconel 718合金辐照损伤研究进展

摘要 Inconel 718合金是一种在核能领域广泛应用的耐高温,耐腐蚀的材料。在反应堆中,燃料组件是其核心部件,而材料的辐照损伤研究是保证燃料组件安全和可靠运行的重要一环。反应堆材料经过辐照后不仅引起材料的微观结构发生变化,而且会导致材料力学性能改变。Inconel718合金是一种典型的镍基合金,具有高强度、耐高温、抗蠕变和抗氧化性能等多重优势,在反应堆材料中被广泛应用。辐照后的Inconel 718合金会产生缺陷,如位错环、空位、间隙原子、气泡、位错线等,引起材料的物理、机械性能变化。从反应堆材料辐照损伤的角度综述Inconel 718合金在离子、质子和中子辐照等方面的研究进展,为开发新的抗辐照合金以及探索不同辐照方式对该合金的影响提供数据支持。 Nuclear energy,as one of the clean energy sources currently available for large-scale utilization,holds irreplaceable appeal for our country,which is also an important solution for achieving our nation's"dual carbon"strategy.The reactors are the core facilities for nuclear power generation,within the reactor,fuel components are subjected to high-energy radiation,which may lead to damage and changes in material properties.Inconel 718 alloy is a high-strength,high-temperature,and corrosion-resistant nickel-based superalloy widely used in aerospace,nuclear energy,and petrochemical industries.However,in a radiation environment,Inconel 718 alloy will undergo irradiation damage,which can affect its performance and lifespan.At present,research on irradiation damage of Inconel 718 alloy is mainly focused on the following aspects.Firstly,irradiation can cause the formation of crystal defects,including vacancies and dislocations.These defects can lead to changes in the material's crystal structure and lattice distortion,thereby affecting its mechanical properties and fatigue life.Secondly,irradiation can induce microstructure evolution in Inconel 718 alloy,including grain boundary migration,phase transformations,and precipitation.These evolutions can alter the grain boundary strengthening effect and phase transformation hardening effect of the material,thereby affecting its mechanical and thermal properties.The research on the irradiation damage of Inconel 718 alloy has been conducted using various methods.However,there are still some limitations in the current studies on irradiation damage of Inconel 718 alloy:(1)Simulating the irradiation environment of a real reactor is quite difficult;(2)There are few neutron irradiation devices available for simulating the irradiation environment of reactors,and the alloy after neutron irradiation has activation phenomena,requiring isolation and storage,resulting in problems such as long-time consumption and high cost.Therefore,most research focuses on ion irradiation and proton irrad
