摘要
介绍了硬质合金中替代钴的现状,着重分析了采用铁镍代钴制造硬质合金工艺的难点,还探讨了解决这些困难的途径。文章指出:随着现代硬质含金生产技术的发展,少用钴甚至不用钴的新一代硬质合金将会逐步地取代传统硬质合金而广泛地用于各个应用领域。
In this paper,the status of alternation of cobalt in cemented carbide is brief introduced,the key of make use of ferro and/or nickel to replace cobaIt in cemented carbide is analysed,and the way of solve these difficulty is discussed. The paper point out:the new generation of cemented carbide of few cobalt and noncobalt will replacd thd conventional cemented carbide and they are widely appliscation in many applied area with development of production technology of nlodern cemented carbide.
