摘要
为了掌握芯棒参数对大口径薄壁钛管材冷推弯曲成形质量的影响规律,选取了直径为Ф219 mm、壁厚为3.2 mm的TA2管材为研究对象,基于DYANFORM有限元软件建立了TA2钛管材冷推弯曲有限元模型,并利用冷推实验验证了所建模型的可靠性。基于所建的有限元模型,研究了芯棒结构、芯棒直径、芯棒形式对大口径薄壁TA2管材冷推成形结果的影响规律。研究结果表明:阶梯式芯棒可以有效预防成形弯头起皱现象的发生;随着芯棒直径的减小,外弧侧壁厚减薄率先增大后减小,内弧侧壁厚增厚率和截面椭圆度均有增大的趋势,内间隙的合理取值区间为0.51.5;刚性芯棒和液压均可以有效限制截面畸变的发生。
In order to find out the influence regularity of mandrel on the cold push-bending process of large-diameter thin-walled titanium TA2 tube,a TA2 tube with the dimension of Ф219 mm × 3. 2 mm by experiment was studied. A titanium TA2 tube cold push-bending finite model was set up based on software DYNAFORM and the reliability of the model was verified through cold push-bending experiment.The influence regularities of mandrel structure,diameter and form on the large-diameter thin-walled TA2 were studied based on the established finite element model. Results show that stepped mandrels can prevent the TA2 elbow from wrinkling,with the decrease of mandrel diameter,the external arc side wall thinning-rate increases at first and then decreases while both the inner arc side wall thickening ratio and the ovality of section have the tendency of increase with reasonable interval value gap between 0. 5 to 1. 5,so the mandrel and hydraulic can effectively prevent the TA2 from cross-section distortion.
