摘要
为了掌握目前在汽车生产中被广泛应用的ST07Zn车用钢板的拉深成形性能,采用计算机数值模拟与物理模拟技术相结合的综合试验研究方法,着重对3种主要力学性能参数(sσ、n、r)对ST07Zn车用钢板拉深成形性能的影响进行相关试验研究。根据试验结果,获得了此3种力学性能参数(sσ、n、r)对ST07Zn车用钢板的成形性能影响的显著性:sσ值对最大成形力影响最大,r值对变形程度的影响最为显著,n值的影响居中,但适当提高这3种力学性能参数能较好地改善板料成形性能。同时,通过试验证明,采用ETA/DYNAFORM软件进行数值模拟试验能有效预测材料力学性能参数对板料拉深成形性能的影响效果。
In order to know clearly the drawing formability of STO7Zn sheet steel which is broadly applied to the automobile produces, the numerical simulation and physical simulation tests were used in the relative tests to study on the influences of three mechanics property parameters (σs. n. r) on the drawing formability of the STOTZn steel sheet. Based on a series of tests, the notable effect of three material mechanics property parameters on the drawing formability of the STOTZn steel sheet was gained. Properly increasing three mechanics property parameters could effectively improve the sheet forming property. The quantitative analysis were applied to study on the effects about the three material mechanics property parameters (σs. n, r) . By the test results, it shows that σs value has great effect on the maximum drawing force of test steel sheet, r value can make the formability degree change evidently, and the effects of n value on the test steel sheet is the middle one among the others. At the same time, it is proved through the experiment that numerical simulation test using ETA/DYNAFORM software can effectively predict effective result of material mechanics property parameter to sheet drawing formability.
