摘要
MOOC时代的到来,在教学主体、教学关系、课堂、教师队伍、学生学习方式及检测的手段等方面,给高校教学管理带来了冲击。同时,MOOC也给传统高校教学管理带来了重新审视、提升自身的机遇。在MOOC时代,高校要树立教学导向、打造优质核心专业课程、主动开发MOOC课程、实现教师的MOOC化、引导开放式和研究式学习、转变对学习效果的评价方式。
The arrival of MOOC has brought impact to the teaching management of universities,which is mainly reflected in five aspects:teaching subjects,teaching relations,classes,teacher teams,students’learning methods and testing methods.At the same time,MOOC also brings new opportunities for the traditional teaching management of colleges and universities to examine and improve themselves.In the MOOC Era,the colleges and universities should upgrade from six aspects:establish teaching orientation,create high-quality core professional courses,develop and integrate MOOC actively,realize“MOOC”of teachers,guide open and research learning,and change the evaluation method of learning effect.
