摘要
伴随全球范围内大力发展MOOC的浪潮,如何辩证地看待传统课堂面授和网络在线学习的利弊,对革新大学英语教学模式具有重要意义。本文从混合式教学的内涵着手,提出融合传统教学和MOOC的混合式教学模式,并通过问卷调查、访谈和水平测试等方法收集教学实验数据。结果显示,基于MOOC的混合式教学模式实现了在线学习与传统课堂教学的优势互补,在提高教学成效、培养学生自主学习能力等方面具有明显优势,学生满意度较高。希望本研究能为其他课程的教学改革和实践提供思路和参考。
The blended teaching mode based on the integration of MOOC and traditional teaching method can make the best of both,optimize the allocation of resources,improve teaching effectiveness and raise popularity.This paper first analyzes the connotation of blended teaching,then presents the blended teaching mode based on the integration of traditional teaching method and MOOC, and finally verifies the feasibility of the mode through teaching experiments, providing ideas and reference for other similar teaching practices and different courses.In this experiment,questionnaire survey,interview and proficiency test were carried out and the data were collected to analyze the teaching effect of the teaching mode.The results of the experiment show that the blended teaching mode can take full advantage of the traditional classroom teaching and online learning of MOOC,which has scored remarkable effects in improving teaching effectiveness and cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability,and winning high recognition among students.The vast majority of students think that the new teaching model provides rich online resources and flexible learning styles due to its expansion of the knowledge scope,free learning schedule,cultivation of critical thinking and the development of problem-solving skills.The results of the questionnaire survey and interviews show that the biggest difficulty that the students encounter in the learning process lies in the fact that learning time has increased significantly and students’ autonomous learning ability and self-discipline are important factors.The results of the interview show that there are also some deficiencies in the implementation of the teaching mode because of the higher requirements of the teaching mode for both teachers and students.First of all,the learning process lacks effective supervision.In this experiment,the main way to monitor students’ learning is to remind students to finish their learning tasks on time and to check the completion of students’ assignment on the
