摘要
以菘蓝为试材,对100 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl溶液胁迫后的幼苗,叶面喷施浓度为0、3、6、9、12 mmol·L^(-1)的外源γ-氨基丁酸,测定幼苗中活性氧(ROS)含量和抗氧化酶活性,以期为增强菘蓝幼苗的耐盐性提供参考依据。结果表明:NaCl胁迫下幼苗中超氧阴离子(O^(·^(-))_(2))产生速率、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量均大幅升高,较对照增加120.73%、113.09%;叶面喷施9 mmol·L^(-1)的外源γ-氨基丁酸后,超氧阴离子(O^(·^(-))_(2))产生速率、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量较NaCl胁迫降低30.69%、41.10%,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性升高83.47%、42.38%、34.80%和76.91%;NaCl胁迫下,外源γ-氨基丁酸浓度与超氧阴离子(O^(·^(-))_(2))产生速率、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量呈负相关,与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性呈正相关。综合分析,外源γ-氨基丁酸缓解NaCl胁迫效果为9 mmol·L^(-1)>6 mmol·L^(-1)>12 mmol·L^(-1)>3 mmol·L^(-1)。
Isatis indigotica Fort.was used as experimental materials,the seedlings were treated with100mmol·L^(-1)NaCl solution,the concentrations of 0,3,6,9,12mmol·L^(-1)exogenousγ-aminobutyric acid were sprayed on the leaves,the content of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and antioxidant enzyme activities were determined in the seedlings in order to provide reference for enhancing salt tolerance of Isatis indigotica Fort..The results showed that the O^(·^(-))_(2)productive rate and H_(2)O_(2)content in seedlings under NaCl stress were significantly increased,increasing by 120.73%and 113.09%compared with the control group.Spraying on the leaf 9 mmol·L^(-1)of exogenousγ-aminobutyric acid,the O^(·^(-))_(2)productive rate and H_(2)O_(2)content in NaCl stress reduced by 30.69%,41.10%,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX)activity increased83.47%,42.38%,34.80%and 76.91%.Under NaCl stress,exogenousγ-aminobutyric acid concentration was negatively correlated with O^(·^(-))_(2)productive rate and H_(2)O_(2)content,exogenousγ-aminobutyric acid concentration was positively correlated with the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX)activity.According to the comprehensive analysis,the effects of exogenousγ-aminobutyric acid on relieving NaCl stress was 9 mmol·L^(-1)>6mmol·L^(-1)>12mmol·L^(-1)>3mmol·L^(-1).
