摘要
机床加工路径可通过高精度高频率运动轴位置信息进行精准拟合,其可作为机床动态加工精度评估及误差监测的依据。针对目前存在的运动轴位置信息实时高精度、高频率采集难题,基于五轴联动机床,提出运动轴位置信息高精度高频率采集方案。通过机床伺服系统位置环信号的采集计算,获得高频原始位置信息,并将其转换为坐标值,用于回转误差齐次运动学变换及线性误差补偿,最终获得刀位点于工件坐标系下坐标形式的高精度、高频率运动轴位置信息。为了对位置信息采集方法进行验证,通过配备西门子840 Dsl系统的DMU 80P五轴数控机床进行试验。通过验证可知,五轴同步位置采集频率高达1 k Hz,旋转轴及线性轴采集精度分别为±0.002 5°、±2μm。
The machining path of machine tool could be accurately fitted by the position information of high-precision and high-frequency motion axis,which could be used as the basis of dynamic machining accuracy evaluation and error monitoring.Aiming at the problem of real-time high-precision and high-frequency acquisition of motion axis position information,a high-precision and high-frequency acquisition schemeof motion axis position information was proposed based on five axis machine tool.Through the acquisition and calculation of the position loop signal of the machine tool servo system,the high-frequency original position information was obtained and converted into the coordinate value,which was used for the homogeneous kinematics transformation and linear error compensation of the rotary error.Finally,the high-precision and high-frequency motion axis position information of the tool position in the workpiece coordinate system was obtained.In order to verify the position information acquisition method,the test is carried out by DMU 80 P five axis CNC machine tool,which is equipped with Siemens 840 Dsl system.The test results show that the acquisition frequency of five axis synchronous position is as high as 1 k Hz,and the acquisition accuracy of rotating axis and linear axis is±0.0025°and±2μm respectively compared with static positioning accuracy.
