摘要
为了对霍尔离散位置信号线性化处理,获得精确连续转子位置角度用于永磁无刷直流电机矢量控制系统。本文提出一种基于霍尔区间时间补偿预估的转子位置估算方法,并给出基于预估区间时间值的增量式线性误差补偿校正方案,最后进行了Matlab/Simulink仿真和实验验证,实验结果表明采用本文提出的转子位置估算策略和校正方法后电机转子角度估测精度高,满足永磁无刷直流矢量控制的要求,运行效果良好,降低了系统成本。
In order to linearize hall discrete position signal,the accurate continuous rotor position Angle obtained is used in the vector control system of permanent magnet brushless dc motor.This paper presented a forecast based on hole interval time compensation of the rotor position estimation method,estimate interval time was given based on the value of incremental linear error compensation correction method,finally has carried on the Matlab/Simulink simulation and experimental validation,the experimental results show that using the proposed rotor position estimation strategy and correction methods after motor rotor angle estimation precision,satisfied the requirement of vector control of permanent magnet brushless DC,running effect is good,reduce the system cost.
