摘要
针对采用低分辨率位置传感器道闸方波控制算法运行过程中出现的抖振、砸杆与回落现象,提出了一种基于三闭环矢量控制的高性能道闸控制算法。采用基于转子数学模型(SERF)的速度估测器获取转子速度信息,从而得到转子位置信息;对道闸系统精确建模计算确定最优的三环PID控制参数,从而实现道闸伺服系统三闭环矢量控制算法。实验结果表明,控制算法能够有效地解决道闸运行过程中的砸杆、抖振等问题,提高了道闸系统的控制性能。
Aiming at the buffeting,breaking bar and falling phenomena of the square wave control algorithm for barrier gate with low resolution position sensor,a high performance barrier gate control algorithm based on three closed-loop vector control was proposed.The rotor frame machine model(SERF)based on the rotor mathematical model was used to obtain the rotor velocity information and the rotor position information;The optimal three-loop PID control parameters were determined by accurate modeling and calculation of the barrier gate system,the three closed-loop vector control algorithm of the gate servo system was realized.The experimental results show that the control algorithm can effectively solve the problems of breaking bar and buffeting during the operation of the barrier gate system,and improve the control performance of the barrier gate system.
