烷基硫醇自组装膜对Kevlar^(■)织物化学镀银层的防护性能 被引量:2

Protective effect of self-assembled alkylthiol monolayers on electrolessly silver-plated Kevlar^(■)fabrics

摘要 通过化学镀在Kevlar^(■)织物上制备了银镀层,得到Ag-Kevlar^(■)织物,并在其表面涂覆烷基硫醇类有机物,包括十六烷基硫醇(HDT)溶液和十八烷基硫醇(ODT),形成自组装膜,记为Ag-Kevlar^(■)-HDT和Ag-Kevlar^(■)-ODT织物。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱仪和接触角仪表征了烷基硫醇自组装膜织物表面的结构、形貌、成分和水接触角。在Na_(2)S腐蚀试验和耐酸碱盐试验后观察织物的变色情况,并用四探针法测量其方块电阻,以此评价烷基硫醇自组装膜对Ag-Kevlar^(■)织物的防护性能。结果表明,烷基硫醇自组装膜均匀致密地包裹在Ag-Kevlar^(■)织物表面,具有优异的疏水性,经防护之后的织物不仅具有优异的抗硫变色性能和耐蚀性,而且保持了Ag-Kevlar^(■)织物原有的优异导电性。 An Ag-Kevlar^(■)fabric was prepared by electroless silver plating on Kevlar^(■)fabric,and then coated with alkylthiols i.e.hexadecanethiol(HDT)and octadecanethiol(ODT),forming self-assembled monolayer-coated fabrics named as Ag-Kevlar^(■)-HDT and Ag-Kevlar^(■)-ODT.The structure,morphology,composition,and water contact angle of the alkylthiol-coated fabrics were characterized using X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectroscope,and contact angle meter.After the corrosion tests in Na_(2)S,acid,alkali,and NaCl solutions respectively,the discoloration of the fabrics was observed and their sheet resistance was measured by four-probe method,which were used to evaluate the protective effect of the self-assembled alkylthiol monolayers on Ag-Kevlar^(■)fabric.The results showed that the self-assembled monolayers of alkylthiols are uniformly and compactly wrapped on the surface of Ag-Kevlar^(■)fabric,and have excellent hydrophobicity.The alkylthiol-coated fabrics not only have good resistance to sulfur tarnishing and corrosion in common media,but also maintains the excellent conductivity of Ag-Kevlar^(■)fabric.
