摘要
先通过溶胀浸银预处理Kevlar®芳纶纤维,然后依次进行化学镀镍、化学镀铜和电镀银,在纤维表面得到均匀、致密的Ni/Cu/Ag层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了Kevlar®纤维经不同工序处理后的表面形貌和结构,考察了Ni/Cu/Ag层的结合力、耐蚀性、力学性能和热稳定性。结果显示,所得Ag/Cu/Ni/Kevlar®纤维表面金属层的结合力和耐蚀性良好,基本保持了Kevlar®纤维基体原有的力学性能和热稳定性。
The Kevlar®aramid fiber was firstly pretreated by swelling and silver immersion,and then a uniform and compact Ni/Cu/Ag combined coating was prepared on it by electroless nickel plating,electroless copper plating,and silver electroplating successively.The surface morphology and structure of Kevlar®fiber treated by different processes were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffractometry(XRD).The adhesion,corrosion resistance,mechanical properties,and thermal stability of the Ni/Cu/Ag coating were examined.The results showed that the Ni/Cu/Ag/Kevlar®fiber had a well-adhered and corrosion-resistant multilayered metallic coating on its surface,and possessed the original mechanical properties and thermal stability of Kevlar®fiber substrate basically.
