摘要
目的:研究乌鸦果Vaccinium fragile Franch.地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用D101大孔树脂、正相硅胶、半制备液相色谱分离纯化,采用1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从乌鸦果地上部分中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:蒲公英萜醇(1)、乙酰乌索酸(2)、乌索酸(3)、山楂酸(4)、科罗索酸(5)、阿江榄仁酸(6)、铁冬青酸(7)、1β-羟基蔷薇酸(8)、19,23,24-trihydroxy-3-oxours-12-en-28-oic acid(9)、2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(10)、积雪草酸(11)、urs-12-ene-2α,3β,28-triol(12)、蔷薇酸(13)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物2、6~12为首次从越桔属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the aboveground part of Vaccinium fragile.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on D101 macroporous resin,silica gel,and semi-preparative HPLC,their structures were identified by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from the aboveground part of Vaccinium fragile and identified as taraxerol(1),acetylursolic acid(2),ursolic acid(3),maslinic acid(4),corosolic acid(5),arjunolic acid(6),rotundic acid(7),1β-hydroxyeuscaphic acid(8),19,23,24-trihydroxy-3-oxours-12-en-28-oic acid(9),2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(10),asiatic acid(11),urs-12-ene-2α,3β,28-triol(12),euscaphic acid(13),respectively.Conclusion:The thirteen compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time,among them,compounds 2,6 to 12 are isolated from the genus for the first time.
