摘要
目的:研究枸骨Ilex cornuta Lindl.et Paxt.根的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法、中压柱层析及半制备高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化;通过核磁共振谱、质谱等光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:齐墩果酸(1)、暹罗树脂酸(2)、19α-羟基-乌苏酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、坡模酸(4)、23-羟基-坡模酸-3β-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(5)、19α-羟基-齐墩果酸-3β-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、23-羟基-羽扇豆醇(7)、竹节参皂苷Ⅳa正丁酯(8)、齐墩果酸-3β-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸甲酯苷(9)、齐墩果酸-3β-O-[α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸甲酯苷(10)。结论:其中,化合物7~10为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the root of Ilex cornuta.Methods:The constituents were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel,medium pressure column and semi-preparative liquid chromatography and their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses.Results: Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as:Oleanolic acid(1),Siaresinolic acid(2),28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl pomolic acid(3),Pomolic acid(4),3β-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl rotundic acid(5),3β-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-19α-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(6),Lup-20(29)-en-3β,23-diol(7),Chikusetsusaponin Ⅳa butyl ester(8),Oleanolic acid-3-O-(6′-O-methyl)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside(9),3-O-[(α-L-arabinopyranosyl)-(12)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl-(6′-O-methyl-ester)-olean-12-ene-28-olic acid(10).Conclusion:Compounds 7~10 are isolated from this genus for the first time,and compounds 2~6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
