摘要
目的研究木犀科木犀属植物日香桂干燥花的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱法分离纯化单体化合物并鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定出的14个化合物为女贞苷(Ⅰ)、α-香树脂醇(Ⅱa)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅱb)、坡模酸(Ⅲ)、urs-12-ene-2α、3β、28-triol(Ⅳ)、胆甾醇(Ⅴ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)、豆甾醇(Ⅶa)、α-菠甾醇(Ⅶb)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、D-glucopyranose6-[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxyl-phenyl-)prop-2-enoate](Ⅸ)、linocinnamarin(Ⅹ)、(2S)-1-O-(9Z,12Z-octadecadien-oyl)-3-O-β-galactopyranosyl-glycerol(Ⅺ)和(2S)-1-O-linoleoyl-2-O-linolenoyl-3-O-β-galactopyranosyl-glycerol(Ⅻ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中得到;化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶa、Ⅶb和Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the flowers of Osmanthus fragrans Rixianggui.METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephdex LH-20 column chromatographies and their structures were identified by spectral analysis.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as nuezhenide(Ⅰ),α-amyrin(Ⅱa),β-amyrin(Ⅱb),pomolic acid(Ⅲ),urs-12-ene-2α,3β,28-triol(Ⅳ),cholesterol(Ⅴ),β-daucosterine(Ⅵ),stigmasterol(Ⅶa),α-spinasterol(Ⅶb),β-sitosterol(Ⅷ),D-glucopyranose 6-[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxyl-phenyl-)prop-2-enoate](Ⅸ),linocinnamarin(Ⅹ),(2S)-1-O-(9Z-octadecadienoly)-3-O-β-galactopyr anosyl-glycerol(Ⅺ) and(2S)-1-O-linoleoyl-2-O-linolenoyl-3-O-β-galactopyranosyl-glycerol(Ⅻ).CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.And compounds Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶa,Ⅶb and Ⅷ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
