2019年襄阳市黄酒和白酒添加剂使用情况分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解襄阳白酒和黄酒的质量安全状况,分析存在的主要问题,为相关监管部门提供数据。对襄阳辖区生产环节、销售环节、餐饮环节的白酒、黄酒进行随机抽样,采用国标方法对苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、甜蜜素和安赛蜜5种食品添加剂项目进行检测。共检验227批次产品,发现有9批次白酒和3批次黄酒存在问题,问题发现率为5.29%,问题主要是检测出甜味剂糖精钠、甜蜜素和防腐剂苯甲酸。研究表明,2019年襄阳市黄酒质量状况基本良好,但还是存在一定问题,监管部门应针对问题项目制定相关措施,进一步规范白酒、黄酒的生产经营活动,保障市民的饮用安全。 In order to understand the quality and safety status of Xiangyang liquor and rice wine,analyze the main problems,and provide data for relevant regulatory authorities,this study conducted random sampling of liquor and rice wine in the production,sales,and catering links in the Xiangyang area,and the national standard method was used to detect five food additives including benzoic acid,sorbic acid,sodium saccharin,sodium cyclamate and acesulfame K.A total of 227 batches of products were inspected,and 9 batches of white wine and 3 batches of rice wine were found to have problems.The problem discovery rate was 5.29%.The main problem was the detection of sweeteners such as sodium saccharin,sodium cyclamate and preservative benzoic acid.The studied showed that the quality of Xiangyang's rice wine in 2019 was basically good,but there were still certain problems.Regulatory departments should formulate relevant measures for problematic projects to further regulate the production and operation of liquor and rice wine to ensure the drinking safety of citizens.
