摘要
构建新型土木工程应用型人才培养模式是高校课程建设的重要内容。基于目前新工科背景下土木工程专业应用型人才培养中存在的问题,改革培养方案,更新教学方式,提升实践能力,强化师资队伍,培养具有创新能力的高素质应用型工程人才,以达到新工科建设背景下土木工程专业人才培养需求。
The important content of college curriculum construction is to construct the training mode of applied talents for new civil engineering.In view of the problems existing in the training of applied talents in civil engineering under the background of new engineering,this paper puts forward the following suggestions on cultivating high-quality applied engineering talents with innovative ability.reforming the training program,updating teaching methods,improving practice ability,and strengthening the teaching staff.It is hopeful that the training model can meet the needs of training civil engineering professional talents under the background of new civil engineering.
