摘要
教学实践领域的变革,必然产生一些新的矛盾冲突和新的发展需求,这就要求学校从教学的领导与管理层面加以有效的引领和协调,进而触发教学组织、制度和文化的变革与更新。以“新基础教育”成型性研究阶段的过程、经验与成效为基本事实,集中探讨了如下问题:(1)教学管理组织功能与架构的更新,包括行政性教学管理组织的重组、教学专业组织自主化和非行政性组织的创生,以及学校教学管理组织架构的转换与生成;(2)教学管理制度及运作机制的创新,具体呈现了制度的性质及产生方式的改变、教学常规制度和教学研究制度的变迁,以及教学运行机制的动态生成;(3)基于校本教学研究的文化创生,指出制度化教研的规范与“推逼”是一种必要“强制”,“合作-反思”式教学研讨氛围的形成标志着教研文化开始走向自觉,教研活动的日常化和“无痕化”是教研文化值得追求的境界。教学领域中的组织变革、制度更新和文化生成,不仅每时每刻地改变着课堂,也通过挑战、激励和解放促进着教师成长,引导看作为变革亲历者的教师,从自发走向自觉、从自育走向自强。
Based on the process, experience, achievements of the research on forming of the New Basic Education, This article discusses the following questions: 1) The renewal of function and framework of teaching management organization, involving restructuring of administrative teaching management organization, autonomy of teaching professional organization, establishment of non-administrative or- ganization, along with transformation and generation of teaching management organization's frame work; 2) Innovation of teaching management systems and operation mechanism, which specifically presents the change of systems' nature and their formation manner, the transition of teaching routine and research systems, and dynamic generation of teaching operation mechanism; 3) Culture creation based on school-based teaching research, which indicates that the norms and compelling force of insti tutional teaching research is a necessary "compulsion", and the formation of "cooperation reflection" teaching seminar atmosphere marks the beginning of cultural consciousness of teaching research, "routinization" and "tracelessness" of teaching seminar activities is a state which teaching culture de- serves to pursue. Organization innovation, systems renewal, culture creation in teaching domain, not only changes classroom by the minute, but also promotes teacher's development by means of chal lenge, motivation and liberation, leading teachers who experience innovation from spontaneity to con- sciousness, from self-fertilization to self-improvement.
